When is the best time to book airport transfer ?

You can book your transfer up to 48 hours before departure online, but we recommend that you book as early as possible. When you need a transfer within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.

Will I be brought directly to my hotel or private accommodation?

Yes. Our service is understood in principle from door to door. The driver will take you directly to one you specified booking address.

Will there be other passengers driving in the same vehicle with me?

No. We only offer private transfers.

How to pay?

When you book, you can choose the following payment options: You can pay to the driver in Thai Baht or via paypal.

Are the costs per person?

No, you pay per Vehicele.

I have not had any confirmation or voucher by e-mail. What should I do?

You get your voucher 30 Minutes after booking in rare cases, it is possible that your e-mail server or your software mistakenly classify our e-mail as spam. If you feel that you already should have received a message from us, please contact our customer service via e-mail or phone.

You claim to offer the best transfer, but I’ve seen cheaper offers!

We strive to offer our customers the best value for money. Please do remember, however, that there are unscrupulous and fraudulent providers, while requiring surprisingly low prices, but do not provide adequate service.

When will be pick up for my return flight?

You will find this information in your transfer confirmation. These are 3-4 hours before departure.

How do I find my driver on arrival?

After you have reserved your transfers, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of where to meet your driver , and other useful information such as the number of our 24 hour customer service line . In most cases you will find our driver in the arrivals area, once you have left baggage reclaim with a sign with your name and the Euron Transfer logo on it.

Suvarnabhumi Airport:
When you leave baggage reclaim, do not exit the terminal building, just follow the “Meeting Point” signs, which will take you to the inside of Exit Gate No. 3 on the Arrivals level, your driver will meet you there with a board saying “Your Name”

Don Mueang Airport:
When you leave baggage reclaim and enter the arrivals hall, turn to your left and you will see Exit Gate 6, your driver will meet you there with a board saying “Your Name”

What happens if the driver was late?

Transfer dates and time are always 24 hours agreed with the driver, so the probability that the driver is late, is extremely low. However, if you have trouble finding the driver, you can always call our customer service (phone number is on your booking receipt) and we will help you.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

All delays will be monitored to ensure that your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive. You can notify us by text message of any delays on the following number +49 151 47027097 (SMS/WhatsApp).

My flight details have changed. Can I ammend the transfer?

Yes. This is not a problem, please send us an email to info@eurontransfer.com with your new details and we will send you a new confirmation by return email.

The number of passengers has changed, can I choose a different vehicle?

Yes. Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible to amend the vehicle size for your reservation.

I forgot a piece of luggage in the vehicle. How can I get it back?

We will make every effort to return your luggage to you, either at your residence or your home address. If extra journeys are involved you will be charged locally . For shipments abroad, you pay the costs.

Is there a passenger accident insurance?

Yes.

Please do remember, however, that there are unscrupulous and fraudulent providers, offering surprisingly low prices, but do not provide an adequate service. Moreover, it must be remembered that these agencies are often not registered businesses, so in the event that you have a problem, with the transfer you will have no recourse. All of our private transfers are carried out by fully licenced and registered drivers and vehicles.
